Property Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Property Management Specialist to join our team at Community Management LLC. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a great personality and basic computer skills to grow professionally in a class A property setting near Vintage Park.
About the RoleThe Property Management Specialist will be responsible for various organizational tasks, including meeting potential renters and guiding them through unit tours, following up on leads, and preparing leasing documents according to property standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will also handle rent payments, security deposits, and application fees while maintaining open communication with residents regarding any changes to rental agreements or upcoming property issues.
Duties and Responsibilities- Meet potential renters and conduct unit tours to showcase available properties
- Follow up on leads to ensure a smooth leasing process
- Perform background checks and credit checks to assess prospective renters' qualifications
- Prepare and distribute leasing documents adhering to property regulations
- Collect rent payments, security deposits, and application fees in a timely manner
- Maintain resident awareness of any changes to rental agreements or upcoming property concerns
- Engage in online marketing and social media activities to promote the property
- Monitor community facilities such as mailrooms, fitness centers, and laundry rooms
