Job Description:

Serve as a Senior Property Management Executive, responsible for leading a high-performing team in Houston, Texas.

Tarantino Properties, Inc. offers a range of income-producing properties, including commercial, residential, and senior living options, requiring effective management and strategic planning.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead a regional team of property management professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Develop and implement annual operation budgets, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess property condition, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for capital expenditures
  • Mentor and coach on-site managers to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with Community Managers to optimize property performance and deliver exceptional results
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in multifamily property management, preferably in a leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or real estate
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Estimated annual salary: $95,000 - $115,000, based on experience
