Job Summary

The Multifamily Property Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring financial management and property maintenance are efficiently executed. This role supports the Property Manager in their absence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serves as Second-in-Command for the property in the absence of the Property Manager
  • Assists with recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of onsite employees, driving employee growth and satisfaction
  • Oversees administration of accounting functions, including financial records and resident ledgers, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Communicates effectively with residents to collect delinquency through regular notices, lockouts, and evictions, resolving any issues promptly
  • Initiates evictions by preparing paperwork and following through to completion, adhering to legal procedures
  • Conducts thorough financial-move-outs and processes deposit and refund requests, ensuring fairness and transparency
  • Responds to inquiries from prospects and current residents regarding property services and accounts, providing excellent customer service
  • Leders the make-ready process and coordinates work order requests, streamlining operations and improving efficiency
  • Monitors rehab projects and ensures timely execution, meeting deadlines and quality standards
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High School or GED
  • Minimum two years of related property management experience with multifamily properties
  • Valid state driver's license and current automobile insurance, ensuring safe and reliable transportation

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
