About the Role

GPI Real Estate Management is seeking a skilled Property Promotion Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for promoting properties through various marketing channels, including social media, website management, and print media. This role involves creating engaging content, designing promotional materials, and running targeted ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Google.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to promote properties and engage followers.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to drive traffic and increase lead generation for properties.
  • Create compelling visuals and copy for websites, flyers, email campaigns, and social media posts.
  • Update and manage property websites to ensure accurate and appealing property listings, photos, and content.
  • Develop flyers, brochures, and other print materials for property promotions, events, and outreach initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and local market insights to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities.
  • Track campaign performance and website traffic, providing regular reports to assess ROI and inform future marketing decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in property management or real estate.
  • Proficiency in social media management, particularly Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills with a keen eye for design.
  • Familiarity with website CMS platforms, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics or Facebook Insights.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
