We are on the lookout for a passionate Sales Effectiveness Manager to mentor and enhance the skills of our business development, sales, and leadership teams.

Reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement, this role is integral to our sales team.

The Sales Enablement/Sales Effectiveness team is tasked with developing and refining our sales processes and methodologies, reinforcing training materials, providing focused coaching, optimizing sales resources, collaborating with sales leadership to identify knowledge and process gaps, and managing all aspects of sales change management.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create enablement programs, strategies, and initiatives.
• Maintain a daily focus on continuous improvement by partnering with training resources, implementing strategic initiatives, and making recommendations for broader enhancements.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in sales enablement and supporting sales materials.
• Offer ongoing support and coaching to the sales team to ensure effective adoption of training and enablement programs.
• Manage sales tools, including Ambition and Sales Rabbit.
• Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization by developing, refining, and executing sales tools, processes, and programs.
• Assist the Learning and Development team in creating training content, such as presentations, playbooks, and training guides.
• Conduct live support sessions and webinars to facilitate the ongoing development of the sales team.
• Engage with various departments across the company, including Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Corporate & Field Operations, Asset Management, Legal/Compliance, and Project Management.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish and implement sales methodologies, including overall strategy and approach.
• Organize and monitor activities and processes necessary to support the sales methodology.
• Support the management of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program and associated sales and AI-based tools to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist in identifying appropriate sales force team and individual salesperson targets to achieve business objectives.
• Aid in managing the compensation program, ensuring sellers have visibility into their performance and receive accurate compensation based on results.
• Collaborate with the Sales Leadership team to prepare information and analysis for strategic planning and execution of various initiatives and tactics essential for business success.

• Understand and uphold PosiGen's Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards, promoting compliance within the workforce and supporting materials/tactics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance/Data Analysis, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales and project management.
• Strong business acumen.
• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud).
• Highly proficient in Google Suite, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and other project management tools (Asana, Clickup, or equivalent).
• Expertise in CRM systems.
• Experience documenting business requirements and user processes (using Lucidchart, Visio, or similar tools).
• Proven leadership abilities in communication, relationship building, training, and development.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of solar energy and/or experience in the solar industry is a plus.
