Sales and Customer Success Role

The Sales and Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key distributors and retailers to drive sales growth. This individual will work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution at accounts, leveraging selling resources to support accounts and promoting brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key distributors to increase brand visibility and drive new distribution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution at accounts.
  • Leverage selling resources to support accounts, including programming execution, sampling, and POS materials.
  • Fiscally responsible for maintaining assigned budgets and ensuring proper merchandising standards are executed in the market.

This is a hybrid position that requires occasional travel to visit accounts/clients weekly. Estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
