Position Overview:
  • Act as the main point of contact for designated clients
  • Build and sustain robust, long-term client relationships
  • Evaluate clients' risk profiles and suggest suitable insurance solutions
  • Work closely with internal teams to craft and execute customized risk management strategies
  • Negotiate with insurance providers to obtain the best coverage and pricing for clients
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, reports, and other client-facing documentation
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory updates, and emerging risks
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients
  • Contribute to the company's expansion by engaging in business development activities
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in insurance brokerage or risk management
  • Strong grasp of various insurance products and risk management principles
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships
  • Analytical mindset with proficient problem-solving capabilities
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and insurance-related software
  • Active insurance license(s) preferred
