Job Summary

Potential Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for supervising client cases, providing support to clinicians, and ensuring the effective implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.

This is a managerial position with direct reports, and you will be responsible for developing and overseeing treatment programs, training and supervising staff, and conducting assessments and observations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee treatment programs, including behavior and skill acquisition programs.
  • Train and supervise staff in the implementation of programs and skill acquisition.
  • Conduct assessments, including functional analysis.
  • Observe clients and staff across settings.
  • Participate in professional development activities, including supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and maintaining BCBA certification and state requirements for licensure.
  • Conduct new client intakes.
  • Collaborate with families and other providers, including wraparound, doctors, schools, and insurance companies.
  • Promote a culture/climate of open communication and collaboration.
  • Share accountability for operations and delivery of quality programs and services.

Requirements:

  • Active BCBA Certification.
  • Behavior Specialist License (LBS).
  • Available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm with availability to work at least two evenings per week.
  • Commutable to our centers in Newtown, Levittown, and Warminster and throughout the community.
  • Comfortable working with clients aged 2-18 across settings (school, community, home, etc.).
