Job OverviewChandler Hall Health Svcs is seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to provide exceptional care to our residents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and comfort for our residents.

This is a part-time, 6-day biweekly role from M-F 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and every other weekend (shift differential). The RN Supervisor will be on desk, providing leadership and support to our care team.

Chandler Hall Health Svcs is a non-profit, Quaker facility providing high-quality care for older adults in Newtown, Bucks County. We offer a wide spectrum of services, including Community Living, Personal Care, Residential Hospice, Home Hospice, Independent Living, Respite Care, and Skilled Nursing Care.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current license with the State of Pennsylvania for Registered Nurse, 2-3 years of RN experience, and experience in Long term care. You must also maintain current CPR/AED Certification and possess strong supervisory skills, interpersonal and communication skills, clinical skills needed for resident population, and judgement and decision-making skills.
