Job Summary

At Wilmington Savings Fund Society, we're seeking a highly skilled Asset Recovery Relationship Manager IV to join our team. As a key member of our commercial lending group, you'll be responsible for managing problem CRE and C&I loans with exposure up to $10,000,000. Your expertise will help us maximize collection amounts and timeliness, while maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze cash flows, financial statements, and collateral to determine effective collection strategies.
  • Recommend and execute collection strategies, including legal action when necessary.
  • Maintain regular contact with borrowers and guarantors, ensuring proper collection procedures are followed.
  • Provide written reports to executive management on a monthly basis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial workout or banking environment, with emphasis on commercial real estate workouts.
  • Excellent working knowledge of commercial loan documents and collateral assignments.
  • Ability to handle complex legal matters, foreclosures, and bankruptcies.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
