Key Responsibilities- Implementing Care Plans: Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with our clients' physicians and healthcare teams.
- Patient Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of our clients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for optimal care.
- Medication Administration: Safely administer medications and treatments as prescribed by our clients' physicians.
- Documentation and Communication: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided, communicating effectively with our clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Health Promotion and Education: Educate our clients and their families on healthy habits, disease management, and wellness strategies.
- Licensure and Certification: Must hold an active, unencumbered license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state where you will practice.
- CPR Certification: Current certification in CPR from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
- TB Skin Test: Must have a current TB skin test within the last 12 months.
- Experience and Education: Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience preferred, but not required. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
