Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell advanced refractory solutions to clients, ensuring alignment with their technical needs.
- Prepare detailed quotations and proposals, demonstrating the value of our products.
- Manage project timelines and oversee installation processes, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between customers and production facilities to facilitate seamless operations.
- Achieve targeted sales, profit margins, and asset management goals for designated products and markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leading product development initiatives to enhance sales growth.
- Provide technical support and expertise to internal teams and clients, fostering strong relationships.
- Conduct product installations at client sites, coordinating subcontractor activities as necessary.
- Represent the sales organization within manufacturing environments to ensure product alignment with market needs.
- Perform additional duties as required to support business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Material Science, Ceramics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales and marketing.
- Experience in refractory applications is essential; familiarity with the aluminum foundry market is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Computer Aided Design/Computer Aided Engineering is preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen and technical knowledge are required.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical professionals and management.
- Understanding of safety protocols and training requirements.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and product installations.
