Job Overview:

VETRO FiberMap is seeking a skilled Product Marketing Manager to drive the commercialization of our innovative solutions. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product marketing plans that drive demand generation, sales enablement, and product adoption.
  • Align product strategy with corporate goals and translate product strategy into actionable requirements.
  • Support the go-to-market product roadmap, strategy, and execution of product launches.
  • Lead cross-functional team alignment across product, commercial, finance, marketing, and others.
  • Create sales success stories, case studies, sales guides, and product collateral.
  • Determine product adoption metrics and define sales enablement best practices.
  • Communicate, educate, and evangelize new product enhancements to our commercial sales teams, customers, ecosystem partners, and prospective buyers.
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for product expansion or new product development and determine impact on the product roadmap.
  • Continually monitor and assess the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Align with Corporate Marketing to help drive content thought leadership.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in creating and executing marketing strategies, including B2B product marketing or sales marketing, preferably at a high-growth tech startup.
  • Proven track record with delivery in a fast-paced environment, the ability to effectively prioritize and manage time to address multiple responsibilities.
  • Experience launching products or product features with cross-departmental alignment and tailoring communications to different audiences, both internally and externally.
  • Exceptional project management, organizational, writing, and presentation skills; ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize work to meet deadlines and multiple requests.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on teamwork, ownership, and initiative.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to sell ideas through creative and innovative storytelling.
  • Must have strong strategic/anticipatory thinking skills.
  • Technical understanding and experience with GIS and/or Telecom industry is critical.
  • Familiarity with an advanced product marketing tech stack, experience with HubSpot, Ignition, or equivalent software a huge plus.
