Job Summary

WEX is a leading payments and technology company seeking a seasoned product management professional to drive innovation and growth in our North American Mobility business. As a key member of our Sr. Leadership team, you will partner closely with Commercial, Operational, and Technology teams to develop and execute a bold product vision and strategy that delivers high-value business outcomes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and vision for our North American Mobility products, leveraging market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to rapid experimentation, scaling, and successful market launches that drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of product managers, providing clear prioritization, frequent coaching, and transparent feedback to drive results and growth.
  • Collaborate effectively across a matrixed organization, working with teams in marketing, sales, operations, and technology to drive product success and deliver on business outcomes.
  • Develop and execute strong go-to-market strategies, including pricing, packaging, marketing, and sales enablement, to ensure successful product adoption and profitable revenue growth.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in product management, ideally with experience in Mobility, Payments, or Financial Services.
  • 10+ years of progressive product leadership experience, with a strong leadership presence and proven ability to effectively communicate and influence across a broad set of stakeholders and executive leaders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an extensive use of both quantitative and qualitative data, to drive prioritization and performance.
  • Deep customer centricity, with a passion for understanding customer problems and rapidly experimenting to solve them.
  • A proven track record of delivering on complex initiatives working across multiple teams and stakeholders, including facilitating alignment with roadmaps and cross-team dependencies.
