Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our projects from development to closeout. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, prefabrication, and off-site construction, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise the overall financial health of projects, including developing and maintaining project financial projections and equipment projections.
  • Handle subcontracts and suppliers for the project, including overseeing budget and making selections of subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Lead Assistant Project Manager(s) and Project Engineer(s), providing job assignments and managing career development.
  • Maintain schedule and budget until project completion, providing high-level management of quality, risk, safety, and compliance for the project and team.
Qualifications and Education
  • Experience in industrialized construction, prefabrication, or off-site construction.
  • Strong background in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
