Job Summary:

This role is responsible for overseeing production operations to ensure high-quality products are produced efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment and strong leadership skills to motivate and direct a team of production staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily production schedules to meet customer demands and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure products meet company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues and improve overall efficiency.
  • Provide coaching and training to production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field (e.g., business, engineering, or manufacturing) is preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing software.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with production staff, management, and external partners.
  • Supervisory: This role requires supervising a team of production staff to ensure efficient and safe production operations.
  • Travel: Occasional travel to attend training sessions, meetings, or visit production facilities may be required.
