Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Marketing and Admissions to join our team at 75 State Street, a nonprofit senior community in Portland, Maine. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving maximum occupancy and total revenue potential of the community by attracting qualified prospects and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new residents and increase occupancy rates
  • Manage the admissions process, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for prospective residents and their families
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including referral sources and community partners
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Previous management/supervisory experience preferred
  • Previous experience in marketing/admissions required, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Competency in Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Records
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work occasionally outside of traditional business hours, including weekends
