About the Role

ProShares Trust II, ProShares Advisors LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Vice President to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for promoting our ProShares Strategic ETFs across select financial institutions and investment advisory firms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to promote ProShares Strategic ETFs to financial advisors and investment firms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at financial institutions and investment advisory firms.
  • Conduct product presentations, webinars, and in-person meetings to educate clients and prospects on the benefits of ProShares Strategic ETFs.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and activity metrics, including outbound dials, quality conversations, meeting scheduling, and lead generation follow-up.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including investment specialists, capital markets, and product management, to leverage company resources and drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Advanced credentials, such as CFA, CFP, or CAIA, preferred.
  • Appropriate FINRA licenses, including Series 7 and 63.
  • 5+ years of field sales experience in mutual funds and/or ETF sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of the ETF and investment products industry, including financial concepts, product knowledge, and client-service strategies.
What We Offer

Competitive salary and bonus structure, with a base salary of $125,000 annually.
