Position Summary

The Customer Service Associate plays a vital role in enhancing store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcomes customers warmly upon arrival.
  • Assists patrons in locating products and addressing inquiries.
  • Removes expired items from display areas, including clothing and wares.
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of display areas, including racks, shelves, and bins.
  • Monitors and manages dressing rooms and restrooms as necessary.
  • Observes for potential theft incidents.
  • Accepts donations and guides donors to the appropriate area; issues receipts when required.
  • Assists in hanging clothing in production as needed.
  • Ensures cleanliness throughout the store, including restrooms.
  • Restocks merchandise, including clothing and wares, on the sales floor.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Education:

All educational backgrounds are considered; or up to one month of related experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience.

Language Skills:

Ability to read and understand English is preferred.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense to carry out simple instructions and handle standardized situations with minimal variables.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Certification for forklift operation must be obtained through company-specific training.
