Job Title: Account Executive

At Tradesmen International, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for obtaining orders or contracts for our services, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase sales and customer satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and field employees to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job
  • Familiarity with standard computer systems and CRM systems is helpful
