Customer Service and Order Management Representative

Job Summary
The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for managing incoming communications and customer service inquiries, identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
This role will also involve acting as a liaison, providing product/services information, answering questions, and resolving any emerging problems which customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Perform order entry and order management tasks efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with customers via email and phone concerning orders, contract pricing, returns and replacement orders, shipments, and necessary product information.
- Expedite orders in coordination with other departments within the company.
- Complete new account set up and entry procedures accurately.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A thorough understanding of computer software and programs, with experience using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- The ability to interact with customers, sales staff, and other company personnel in a manner that promotes customer retention and creates a positive work culture reflective of Phoenix's commitments.
- Effective time management skills, including the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- The ability to perform successfully with indirect supervision, being self-motivated and persistent.
- An acceptance of performing repetitive tasks daily.
