Job Title: Field Service Supervisor

Hepaco, a Clean Harbors company, is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Supervisor to lead our service line crew in St. Louis, MO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating daily operations to ensure efficient and safe execution of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of service line crew members to achieve operational goals and objectives.
  • Ensure proper operation of equipment, driving operational efficiencies at the work site, and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Develop and implement safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Collaborate with clients and management to understand project requirements and deliver results.
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment as needed.
  • Train and develop team members to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of experience in environmental field service operations, construction, manufacturing, or a similar industry.
  • Ability to travel overnight up to 2-4 nights per month and be on-call for emergency response situations.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pull a trailer via pick-up truck.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces for periods of time and perform physical functions per job requirements.
  • Successful completion of a background check, drug test, and physical.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in industrial emergency response, Hazmat clean-up, and confined space entry.
  • Supervising/working in confined spaces.
