Key Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient and high-quality service to patients, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving patient inquiries.
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing and medical records, including processing payments and updating patient information.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to patient concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two to three years of customer service experience in a high-volume, high-stress environment.
  • Experience handling difficult customer interactions and resolving conflicts in a professional manner.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CRT/PC experience in a customer service setting.
  • Working knowledge of IDX system and medical records software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy in a dynamic environment.
