- Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two to three years of customer service experience in a high-volume, high-stress environment.
- Experience handling difficult customer interactions and resolving conflicts in a professional manner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- CRT/PC experience in a customer service setting.
- Working knowledge of IDX system and medical records software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
This position requires the ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy in a dynamic environment.
