Bilingual Patient Service Representative

Job DescriptionAs a Patient Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, checking in patients, collecting necessary information, handling questions, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Answer all phone calls and respond to voicemails in a timely manner
- Check in new and existing patients and notify clinical staff of their arrival
- Collect patient information, including registration forms and medical history
- Check out patients, collect payments, and schedule next appointments
- Handle questions and provide information to walk-in patients
- Maintain accurate records and update the daily schedule
- High school degree or equivalent
- 3 years of customer service experience
- 2 years of patient service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving and de-escalation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual - Spanish
- Monday - Wednesday: 8:45am - 5:00pm
- Thursday - Friday: 6:45am - 3:00pm
- 2 Saturdays per month
- Two 9:45am- 6:00pm Shifts per month

- Travel availability to cover Burbank, Bucktown, Kedzie, and Hillside
