About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Support Specialist to provide top-tier support to our board of directors, volunteer committees, and executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive leadership support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The Executive Support Specialist will be responsible for preparing correspondence, reports, speeches, presentations, and internal communications, ensuring consistency and engagement. They will also manage budget for the Executive Office and board of directors/volunteers' cost centers, lead project teams for internal events and initiatives, and liaise with high-level UN officials, credit union executives, and external contacts.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or similar, and at least 7 years of experience in executive leadership support or administration, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. They will also have a track record of leadership experience, including managing change, problem solving, influencing, project management, and developing others.

We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $165,000 annually, commensurate with geographic location, and a comprehensive benefits package, including an annual corporate incentive, 401K match of 100% of up to 6% of employee contributions, and additional company-provided retirement benefit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level support to the President & CEO, board of directors, and executive leadership team.

Requirements
