About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Support Specialist to support a few members of our leadership team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for optimizing productivity and efficiency. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in enabling our leaders to achieve their goals by streamlining their daily operational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling Assistance
- Efficiently manage and coordinate calendars, including setting up, confirming, or rearranging appointments as necessary
- Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, and proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion
- Liaise with other executives, internal teams, and external contacts to streamline scheduling
- Travel Booking & Arrangements
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements
- Manage and process expense reports related to travels
- Team Scheduling & Event Planning
- Coordinate team meetings, offsites, and events, ensuring all logistics are handled and team members are informed
- Assist in the preparation and organization of team-building events or departmental functions
- Collaborate with other departments or teams as necessary to ensure seamless event planning

Self Improvement Club: We meet each month and share our personal goals for the month. We are able to expense $75 towards any purchases that helped us achieve these goals.
Fireside Chat: We meet each month to discuss a wide range of issues. This group was started focused on women's issues and has expanded in scope over the last several months.
$50 to stay at any hotel that uses Canary Check-in
Book a trip at one of the hotels that has Canary Checkin, stay there, leave a review on TripAdvisor/Google and get a $50 reimbursement
$500 travel reimbursement: We offer you the chance to visit our offices in New York, San Francisco, or Dallas by providing a travel stipend. Spend at least three days working with the team in either hub, and use the rest of your time exploring a new city
