Job Summary
Valuetainment is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our consultancy services, selling event tickets, and driving revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Empower businesses in their growth journey through personalized one-on-one sessions, small-group strategy sessions, online courses, exclusive events, and keynote speeches.
- New Business Development: Identify and prospect new clients through various channels, conduct outreach, and present the value of our services.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets, collaborate with the sales team, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our services and offerings, effectively communicate their value to potential clients, and provide feedback to refine our strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of sales practices, including cross-selling, prospecting, and direct sales.
- 3+ years of sales and account management experience, with outbound sales required.
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to direct, strategize, unify, and empower business leaders.
