Job Summary:

Spherion is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist in our Servicing Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively identify customer needs and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call performance targets and metrics as set forth by management.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, including welcome and payment reminder calls.
  • Accurately respond to and educate borrowers on inbound service inquiries.
  • Identify borrowers' requests and inquiries through effective listening skills.
  • Maintain accurate borrower records and update customer account information.
  • Follow and deliver scripted campaigns as assigned.
  • Provide feedback and information to supervisors as requested.

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of customer service experience in a call center environment.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle high volumes of phone calls and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
