Job Description:

As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing a positive client experience that leads to improved client satisfaction. This includes processing transactions accurately and efficiently, introducing products and services that meet the client's needs, and ensuring clients are quickly connected to the appropriate teammate to meet their needs.

Requirements:
  • A minimum six months of client service experience in financial services, retail sales, or another results-driven environment
  • Able to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual language skills (Vietnamese, Cantonese, Mandarin, or Punjabi)
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products, and solutions

The estimated salary for this role is $24.00-$25.30 hourly, based on experience, education, and skill set.
