POSITION SUMMARY

Manage all reservation inquiries, modifications, and cancellations received through various communication channels. Assess guest booking requirements and recommend suitable accommodation types. Confirm the availability of room categories and pricing. Clarify guarantee, special rate, and cancellation terms to clients. Facilitate and document unique requests. Provide information regarding property amenities and room features. Implement sales strategies to optimize revenue. Enter and retrieve information in the reservation database. Designate special reservation categories (e.g., complimentary stays, employee discounts, travel agent inspection rates, and wholesale bookings) by inputting the appropriate codes and rates into the system. Adhere to proper escalation protocols when resolving guest issues.

Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are tidy and professional; maintain confidentiality of sensitive information; safeguard company assets; protect the privacy and security of guests and colleagues. Greet and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards; anticipate and address guests' service requirements; assist individuals with disabilities; express gratitude to guests with genuine appreciation. Communicate with others using clear and professional language; answer phones with appropriate etiquette. Foster and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues; support team efforts to achieve common objectives; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of fellow employees. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

The pay range for this position is $24.02 to $30.03 per hour.
