Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and management to production teams to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Safety and Quality: Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures, conduct safety observations and audits, and monitor quality standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with production teams, other departments, and leadership to ensure smooth operations.
- Training and Development: Provide technical training and development opportunities to production team members.
- Education: Minimum two-year certificate from college or technical school in Management or related program preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Minimum of two years progressive experience in production management or related field.
- Competitive Compensation: $85K+ annually.
