Job Summary:

Destinationone Consulting is seeking a skilled Contract Manager to oversee the drafting, negotiation, and management of contracts for the company. As a key member of the team, you will ensure that all contracts are compliant with legal standards and protect the company's interests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and Negotiation: Develop, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Contract Lifecycle Management: Manage the contract lifecycle from negotiation to execution and renewal, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts and related documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
  • Dispute Resolution: Resolve any disputes or issues related to contracts, working closely with internal stakeholders to find mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with legal, procurement, and business teams to ensure contract alignment with business objectives and goals.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in contract management, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of contract law and negotiation techniques, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders.
