Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and draft agency agreements, including client master service agreements, amendments, NDAs, and scopes of work.
  • Manage ongoing redlines and revisions with internal leadership and external legal counsel.
  • Assist in the development of agency contract templates.
  • Ensure contractual compliance and maintain contract summaries.
  • Research and report on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Support agency litigation requests (infrequent).

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Paralegal certificate from an ABA accredited program preferred.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a legal office or department.
  • Proven track record in handling corporate legal matters.
  • Experience in legal management, including contract review, negotiation, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Flexible schedule and ability to travel as needed.
