  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction across multiple stores.
  • Lead and manage store teams to achieve operational excellence, including full profit and loss responsibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, provide coaching and feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to drive business results.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of retail management experience with progressively more responsibility, managing multi-unit operations in retail, grocery, or convenience store operations with full P&L responsibility.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire store teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
