Founded in 1993, Crest Management began with just 5 associations and continues to manage 4 of those original communities today. Through nearly three decades of strategic growth and a strong focus on client satisfaction, we now proudly manage over 170 community associations.

Position Overview

The Community Manager will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of community associations while ensuring exemplary customer service.

  • Act as the primary liaison for board members and contractors.
  • Prepare for and participate in board meetings and annual gatherings, including the creation of agendas, reports, board packets, and minutes.
  • Conduct regular inspections of common areas to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Serve as the decision-maker for the Architectural Control Committee, as per contract.
  • Review all invoices within the management system.
  • Solicit proposals for repairs and service contracts.
  • Engage in ongoing education to stay informed about regulations affecting community associations and industry best practices.
  • Perform additional duties to meet the needs of each community within the portfolio.

Candidate Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • An Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • CMCA designation is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in residential community management is required.
  • Previous experience working with or reporting to a community association Board of Directors is preferred.
