Position Overview
This role is essential for driving innovation within our Automotive division at Husco. As a Project Engineer, you will engage collaboratively with our esteemed clients to develop cutting-edge solutions that enhance vehicle functionality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Project Initiatives: Collaborate with teams on dedicated customer projects, overseeing the entire process from prototype creation to production rollout. You will be responsible for supplier engagement, pilot builds, and continuous improvement throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Maintain Design Integrity: Ensure a comprehensive understanding of product specifications and components. Utilize this knowledge to refine product designs and assess the implications of changes on existing systems.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Support: Act as a primary point of contact for clients during project execution, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across various teams.
  • Exhibit Project Management Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in managing project timelines, resource allocation, and problem-solving to foster innovative solutions.
  • Contribute to Team Success: Work effectively within cross-functional teams, maintaining a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience in product development or operational processes.
  • Familiarity with product design, testing methodologies, and customer engagement.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic control systems and engineering drawing standards.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • A collaborative mindset with leadership potential.
  • The capability to work autonomously while engaging with diverse teams.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
