Company Overview: Ruekert & Mielke, Inc. is in search of a Water Supply Team Leader. In this capacity, you will be tasked with guiding, mentoring, and developing a team of professionals while leveraging your robust technical expertise to oversee water supply initiatives for our municipal clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of skilled technical professionals.
- Serve as the primary liaison for a diverse range of water supply projects across the region.
- Act as a technical authority within the water supply division, facilitating team members' engagement with innovative technologies and treatment methodologies.
- Enhance existing partnerships with our water supply collaborators.
- Engage directly with the firm's client managers and executive leadership.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- A Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Wisconsin.
- A minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience in various water supply projects, including at least 4 years in project management and/or business development roles.
- Proficiency in multiple facets of water supply engineering, encompassing planning studies, water supply, treatment, and distribution design, permitting, and construction.
- A collaborative mindset coupled with individual drive, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, advanced problem-solving capabilities, and a commitment to meeting deadlines while fostering a positive work environment.
