Job Responsibilities
As a Front Desk Concierge, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Answering multi-line telephone calls and greeting all families, residents, and guests with a smile.
  • Maintaining accurate records of resident check-ins and check-outs.
  • Directing or answering resident and vendor questions or inquiries to the appropriate person.
  • Scheduling transportation and supporting management with tasks and projects.
  • Ordering office supplies and completing work order requests.
  • Entering data entries as assigned.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a positive team player attitude, high school diploma or equivalent, and previous front desk, customer service, or administrative experience. Knowledge of various computer systems, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is also required. If you have patience, a willingness to assist others, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
