Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Resident Field Technician to join our team at Pape DW Inc. in the Medford, OR area.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of heavy trenching and construction equipment at customer locations. Your expertise will be essential in maximizing uptime and resolving complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair heavy construction equipment with a focus on precision and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Travel to customer locations, working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve technical issues and improve equipment performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in diagnostic tools.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and customer relation skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record; CDL preferred.
  • Must reside in the Medford, OR area.
