Responsibilities:- Provide daily nursing care and services to residents
- Administer medications as ordered and in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility policies
- Seek assistance from licensed staff as needed
- Follow the plan of care and document all necessary information
- Maintain patient confidentiality and communicate effectively with staff, residents, and family members
- Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for our residents and their families
- Perform other duties as assigned
