Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at DaVita. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and support to patients undergoing dialysis treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care and support to patients undergoing dialysis treatment
  • Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Perform technician duties, including measuring and recording vital signs, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup
  • Build long-term relationships with patients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Desire to enter the healthcare field and care for others
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Physical and mental ability to work long hours on your feet
  • Willingness to train and work across multiple clinics within the territory as needed
