About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Field Compensation to join our team at Biogen. This dynamic role requires attention to detail, strong interpersonal rapport and stakeholder management, excellent organizational skills, and high visibility within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement future incentive compensation capabilities and innovation for existing and pipeline brands.
  • Accountable for Biogen North America IC plan performance through managing and tracking performance from budget.
  • Manage day-to-day communication and administration of field incentive compensation plans.
  • Lead annual/quarterly field incentive compensation planning for accountable franchises.
  • Partner with HR to support annual performance management, promotion, awards, and recognition process.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of progressive business experience in the healthcare or biotech industry, inclusive of 3 years of field-based experience in account management, sales, and/or field reimbursement.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent.
