Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at The Career Links. This exciting role will see you working closely with sales representatives, contractors, and engineers to drive sales and deliver exceptional results.
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain strong relationships with sales representatives and contractors to drive sales and deliver required outcomes.
- Analyze contract drawings, specifications, and bid estimates to ensure timely delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical customer inquiries, resolving issues quickly through coordination with internal teams.
- Manage projects from initial bid through ship date, including estimates, engineering, product submittals, production scheduling, and shipping.
- Cultivate strong relationships with manufacturer's representatives and manage projects to meet expectations.
- Conflict resolution skills are essential in this role, as you will be responsible for handling disputes and high-pressure situations.
- 2+ years project management experience with an engineering background.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, ERP, and CRM systems.
- Able to travel occasionally for trade shows and presentations.
