Staffing Sales Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team at Branch 40 as a Staffing Sales Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating qualified job orders from top companies in the light industrial staffing market.

Staff Force is a leading provider of temporary, direct hire and light industrial staffing solutions to Texas employers. With over 34 years of experience serving the Texas light industrial staffing market, we have established ourselves as a trusted partner for businesses across the state.
The Role:
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with hiring managers and other client representatives to deliver qualified candidates to fulfill job requisitions. You will be held accountable for business development and sales performance, with a focus on meeting or exceeding monthly quota.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Generate Qualified Job Orders: Develop new clients into long-lasting customers and establish professional relationships through lunch meetings and on-site visits.
- Business Development: Prospect and build a network for new business opportunities and referrals.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly quota, with a target of $800 in new GP$ in a 4-week month and $1000 in a 5-week month.
What We Offer:
As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus commission. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental and vision insurance, long and short-term disability, life insurance, vacation and holiday pay, 401k retirement plan, and partial gym membership paid.
