Territory Business Development Manager

**Job Summary**
The Home Depot U.S.A., INC. is seeking a Territory Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and account conversion within an assigned territory. This role will focus on developing and executing sales strategies to achieve maximum sales growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve maximum sales growth and profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to establish The Home Depot as the preferred heavy equipment rental vendor
- Partner with internal teams to leverage resources and maximize time spent with customers
- Conduct administrative activities to ensure accurate pipeline and sales reporting
- Travel extensively within the market to meet with customers and prospects
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of achievement
- Demonstrated skills in account selling, cold calling, and territory management
- Strong sales acumen, self-discipline, and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of construction equipment commonly used in the rental industry
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Dynamics CRM
