A leading property management organization is in search of a proficient Administrative Assistant to join their team. This position is vital in delivering comprehensive support to both tenants and property management personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee scheduling and reservations for conference rooms
  • Facilitate meetings and events for clients and tenants
  • Address tenant inquiries and manage phone communications
  • Monitor and reply to urgent emails
  • Ensure upkeep of shared spaces and facilities
  • Provide general administrative support to management
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned
Essential Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Professional attitude and a friendly demeanor
Preferred Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous
Compensation Details:
  • $22.00 per hour during the temporary phase
  • $55,000 annually upon transitioning to a permanent position
