We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Strategic Enterprise Account Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities with enterprise-level clients, driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets, working closely with the Udemy Business team to ensure territory success and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding clients' business objectives and challenges to effectively position our solutions as a strategic fit.
  • Lead negotiations and close complex sales deals, ensuring contracts are executed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, customer feedback, and competitor activities, relaying insights to the team to inform strategy and drive business success.

About Your Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional with a proven track record of success in B2B Enterprise sales, preferably with SaaS experience. A minimum of 7+ years of closing experience is required, with success in opportunity creation and management, exceeding targets in selling licenses/products/subscriptions to Enterprise organizations.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
