Role Overview: We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist who will play a crucial role in ensuring that our programs and services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough audits to verify that programs are executed with excellence and that clients receive optimal care.
  • Monitor and update policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory changes and partner requirements.
  • Utilize MS Excel for statistical data analysis and comparisons.
  • Develop and enhance quality improvement processes by evaluating operational activities and administrative systems.
  • Compile, analyze, and record performance and compliance data to uphold quality standards.
  • Review and assess clinical operational procedures, providing actionable recommendations for enhancements.
  • Implement continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze customer feedback and survey data, offering management insights for potential improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with program management, exercising sound judgment and diplomacy.
  • Document and ensure that staff deliver timely and accurate services in line with operational protocols.
  • Prepare audit reports for management, keeping them informed about program quality and performance matters.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Services, Care Management, Psychology, Vocational Rehabilitation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of direct customer service experience in a clinical or social service setting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Preferred experience in conducting quality assurance audits.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with publicly funded programs.
  • Experience with Vocational Rehabilitation Services and Individual Vocational Assessment Plans.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA/PII laws and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in MS Word Suite and various client management systems.
  • Bilingual or multilingual candidates are preferred.
