Front Desk Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for supervising front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining high standards of quality and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise front desk operations, including guest check-in, check-out, and room assignments
- Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Train, coach, and support front desk associates to ensure they meet brand standards and core values
- Participate in lobby ambassador activities to create a positive guest experience
- Oversee front office operations in the absence of the Front Office Manager or Assistant General Manager
- Perform bookkeeping activities, including balancing accounts and conducting audits
- Make and confirm reservations, and promote Hersha Hospitality and brand-specific marketing programs
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1 to 3 years of related experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including holidays and weekends
