- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Be an industry expert, understand competitive strategies and their impact on the Video Services business.
- Technical Skills: Be able to read, review, and understand the SQL codes and Tableau reports used by your team to support reconciliation and further technical development of your team.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Loyalty Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data-driven analytics and strategy, with a proven track record of driving customer loyalty and retention initiatives.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with 2+ years of experience managing or leading an analytic-based team. A Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
The candidate will also have a strong understanding of SQL, Tableau, and Excel, with experience developing analytic models and dynamic reports that drive business direction and insights.
We offer a competitive salary range of $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan.
